Hourly Rental Details: 

  • Venue rental for hourly time-span up to 6 hours

  • Clairmont Ballroom & Gallery

  • Catering Kitchen & Delivery Area

  • Indoor Bistro Lights

  • Customized Lighting Options

  • Basic audio and wireless microphone

  • Your vendors are welcome

  • Alcohol permitted when served by licensed & insured bartenders

Rental Fee:

  • Weekdays $100/hour  (2 hour minimum)

  • Sat & Sun $150/hour  (2 hour minimum)

  • Refundable Damage Deposit $300

  • Private security required if serving alcohol to 50+ guests

  • Special Event Liability Insurance is required

  • Our venue is perfect for up to 120 guests seated for dinner or up to 150 for receptions.

  • Seating for both a wedding ceremony and reception are possible.

  • Includes entire venue from 8 am to midnight

    • 16 hour rental period​

  • Catering Kitchen & Delivery Area

  • Bridal Loft 

  • Farm Tables & Chairs for up to 120 guests

Welcome !  We're glad that you found our site and hope you will visit Three Twenty on Main in person sometime soon.  We opened our doors March 1, 2017 after several months of planning and renovation. Once a dusty fixer-upper, the circa 1935 building made the transition to a beautiful Belle of the Ball located in the heart of historic downtown Claremore. The building has a rich and varied history having formerly been home to several different businesses. The renovation team from Duncour Events LLC painstakingly renovated the interior space revealing the building's history. An original brick wall was an early and welcome find! Beautiful wood floors, two-story ceilings, brick columns and a grand staircase descending from the gallery all grace the Clairmont Ballroom.  Beautiful iron entrance doors welcome visitors to a space that combines a charming combination of modern country, vintage, and french industrial elements including brick, original wood floors, ship lap, oil rubbed bronze, and just a touch of crystal in the chandeliers. We would love to introduce you to this revived beauty in the heart of the Main Street renewal offering a place of warmth, fun, and community for special events. 

Three Twenty on Main is an unforgettable space for private events merging up-to-date technology with old school charm and hospitality. We hope you'll contact us for a viewing appointment or drop by during our weekly Open House on Wednesday afternoons between 1 and 6 pm.  At Three Twenty on Main, you'll find well-designed event spaces including the Clairmont Ballroom and the overlooking Gallery which both offer an open spacious feel that's still warm and friendly for smaller groups. The Bridal Loft is a heavenly space for for those special occasions when ladies need to prepare for their big day - perfect for relaxing and photos too.The catering kitchen, delivery area, sound and lighting systems will make life easy for you and your vendors. 

Weddings, receptions, parties, proms, private dining, meetings, fund-raisers, art exhibits, craft shows are all welcome at Three Twenty on Main. Event planners will find the interiors are a neutral and beautiful foundation which can be decorated in minimal or grand style with equally pleasing results.

When considering Three Twenty on Main please keep the following in mind:

  • Up to 120 guests may be comfortably accommodated for a seated dinner

  • Depending on the set-up, receptions and events with a combination of standing & seated guests may be designed to accommodate up to 150 guests

  • Receptions designed for guests to stand and circulate throughout the event with minimal occasional seating may be designed for up to 175 guests

  • Meetings utilizing theater, schoolroom or conference seating may be designed for up to 150 attendees depending on set-up requirements
